Memory card features
For playback, you can use memory cards with the following formats:
CF, MS, SD, SM and MMC.
The memory cards can contain files with different formats (e.g.
DivX
©
video files, MP3 files, JPEG files).
The files are usually organised in folders (directories).
Preparation

Switch on the television and select the preset channel for the
DVD player.

If an audio system or an AV receiver is connected to the DVD
player, switch it on and select the audio input for the DVD player.

Switch the DVD player to stand-by with »

device.
– The red indicator on the DVD player lights up.

Switch on the DVD player by pressing »

Inserting the memory card

If a disc has been inserted, stop the DVD player by pressing

Open the cover on the left side of the DVD player.

Insert the memory card carefully in the card slot.
– The card slot display lights up if the card has been inserted
properly.
Notes:
For cards with the MS, SM, SD and MMC formats, use the top
slot, for cards with the CF format, use the bottom slot.
The card slots have mechanisms that prevent the memory cards
from being inserted incorrectly.
When inserting SM memory cards, the contacts must face
upwards.
