Antennas

For FM (VHF) stations, extend the telescopic antenna and then tilt and
turn it to achieve the best reception.
Note:
If the FM signal is too strong, it is advisable to push in the telescopic
antenna.
In case of poor reception:
If your FM stereo reception is impaired by interference caused by insuf-
ficient signal strength, this can sometimes be rectified by setting the
»
FM MODE
« switch on the back on the device to mono reception. The
FM stereo display goes out and the FM station is played in mono.

The Radio Recorder has a built-in rod antenna for MW/LW reception.
Turn the radio recorder about its own axis to point the antenna.
