Cause Remedy
The pump is blocked by
impurities. 1. Switch off the pump on the
liquid side.
2. Remove the pump head.
3. Remove deposits.
12.4 Undervoltage
The warning and alarm symbol flashes yellow two times, and the
pump continues to run.
Cause Remedy
The supply voltage to the pump
is too low. • Make sure the power supply
is within the specified range.
12.5 Electrical fault
The warning and alarm symbol flashes yellow three times
(warning), and the pump continues to run.
Cause Remedy
Other pumps or sources create
a flow through the pump even if
the pump is stopped and
switched off. • Check the system for
defective non-return valves,
and replace the valves if
necessary.
• Check the system for correct
position of the non-return
valves.
12.6 Electrical fault
The warning and alarm symbol flashes red three times (alarm), and
the pump stops.
Cause Remedy
Internal fault. • Replace the pump.
12.7 Overheated boiler
Cause Remedy
The flow is too low. • Increase the flow.
12.8 Noise in the system
Cause Remedy
The flow is too high. • Lower the flow.
