7. Branchement électrique

Le branchement électrique doit être réalisé par un 
électricien agréé conformément aux réglementations 
locales.
Les connexions électriques doivent être réalisées 
conformément au schéma de câblage situé à l'inté-
rieur du couvercle du bornier.

La tension et la fréquence de fonctionnement sont 
indiquées sur la plaque signalétique. S'assurer que 
le moteur est conçu pour la tension d'alimentation 
sur laquelle il est utilisé.
Les moteurs 

monophasés

 Grundfos sont équipés 

d'un thermorupteur et ne nécessitent aucune autre 
protection moteur.
Les moteurs 

triphasés

 doivent être connectés à un 

disjoncteur.
Le bornier peut être tourné dans quatre positions, 
tous les 90 °. Voir fig. 

12

1. Si nécessaire, retirer les protège-accouplements. 

Ne 

pas

 retirer l'accouplement.

2. Retirer les boulons de fixation du moteur à la 

pompe.

3. Tourner le moteur à la position désirée.
4. Changer et serrer les boulons.
5. Changer les protège-accouplements.

7.1 Fonctionnement avec convertisseur de 

fréquence

7.1.1 Moteurs fournis par Grundfos

Tous les moteurs triphasés fournis par Grundfos 
peuvent être connectés à un convertisseur de fré-
quence.
Certains modèles de convertisseur de fréquence 
peuvent augmenter le bruit du moteur. De plus, le 
moteur peut être soumis à des pics de tension nui-
sibles.

Il est conseillé de protéger tout autre moteur contre 
les pics de tension de plus de 850 V.
Les perturbations mentionnées ci-dessus telles que 
l'augmentation du bruit des moteurs et les pics de 
tension nuisibles peuvent être supprimées en pla-
çant un filtre LC entre le convertisseur de fréquence 
et le moteur.

nisseur du convertisseur de fréquence ou le fournis-
seur du moteur.

7.2 Autres marques de moteurs

Si des moteurs d'autres marques que celles fournies 
par Grunfos sont utilisés, contacter Grundfos ou le 
fabricant du moteur.

Avertissement
Avant de démonter le couvercle du bornier 
et la pompe, s'assurer que l'alimentation 
électrique a été coupée.
La pompe doit être connectée à un inter-
rupteur secteur externe avec une distance 
minimale de séparation des contacts de 
3 mm entre chaque pôle.

Les moteurs Grundfos type MG 71, MG 80 
et MG 90 (1,5 kW, 2 pôles) alimentés 
jusqu'en 440 V inclus (voir plaque signalé-
tique du moteur) doivent être protégés en 
amont contre les pics de tension supé-
rieurs à 650 V (valeur maximale).
