Pump doesn’t dispense grease
Air pockets/trapped air inside grease
Follow priming steps
Use of very thick grease mainly in winters
Warm the grease bucket using heating jacket/ barrel warmer
Damage in the Piston Kit
Send it back to Service centre
Grease leaking out through the locking
pins (25)
Locking pins(25) could be damaged
Replace the locking pins (25) from the repair kit components
Locking pins (25) do not go inside, when the
lever is pressed
Spring (26) could be damaged
Replace the spring (26) from the repair kit components
