Preparation
Press the lock button on the underside of the
watering timer and remove the control unit. Insert
a 9 V alkaline battery into the watering timer.
Click the control unit back into place.
Set the clock. Press and hold the TIME (3) button.
Press the HOUR button (5) to set the hour and the
MIN (4) button to set the minutes. Press the DAY
(6) button to set the weekday as shown at the top
of the display.
Release the TIME button once the time and day
are correctly set.
Assembly
Screw the watering timer’s connection nozzle (1)
to the tap. It comes with an adapter, so the
watering timer can be fitted to either a ¾“ or a 1"
thread. Tighten the connection nozzle manually.
Connect the water hose to the discharge nozzle
(12) on the watering timer.
Manual use
Press the MAN/AUTO button (9). The arrow in the
display (10) points to the selected setting: ON/
AUTO/OFF (on/watering program/off).
When ON is selected, a click is heard and the tap
can be used as normal. When AUTO is set, the
selected watering programs are run. When OFF is
selected, the watering timer’s valve for the water
supply is turned off.
Using the watering programs
The control unit does not need to be attached
when you set it. You can remove it (see
Preparation), so that you can program it wherever
you want.
1. Press the PROG (8) button. The text „1 ON —
:—“ is shown on the display.
2. Set the start time by pressing the HOUR and
MIN buttons.
3. Set the weekdays required by pressing the DAY
button. The standard setting is every day of
the week, but you can choose between 15
different settings as shown in the table below.
4. Press the PROG button again.
5. Set the stop time by pressing the HOUR and
MIN buttons. Remember that the days of the
week for the stop time must be the same as for
the start time!
