Error – Causes – Help
1. The LED of the wireless bell button blinks after it has been pressed, but the wireless doorbell
does not respond.
1.1 You have not activated coupling.
Press the Select button within 7 seconds after you have selected the menu item “Coupling”.
1.2 The radio range between wireless doorbell (receiver) and wireless bell button or wireless
motion detector (transmitter) is exceeded.
Reduce the distance between the wireless bell button (alternatively wireless motion detector)
and the wireless doorbell or change the location of the wireless doorbell. Walls or similar can
significantly reduce the range.
1.3 The batteries in the wireless bell button / wireless motion sensor do not have the required
voltage / are not inserted correctly (wrong polarity).

2. The wireless doorbell does not respond after you have pressed the coupled wireless bell
button or triggered coupled motion detectors.
2.1 Battery is not connected to the gong.
In the battery compartment, insert the plug of the rechargeable battery into the socket of the
gong. Make sure that the polarity is correct. Please observe the operating instructions for the
CALIMA 800 (from p. 7).
2.2 The battery in the wireless doorbell does not have the required voltage.
Place the CALIMA 800 on the TA55 table adapter and charge the battery.
2.3 The wireless doorbell is muted or in sleep mode.
Press the Select button to cancel the mute / sleep mode.
2.4 The batteries in the wireless bell button / wireless motion sensor do not have the required
voltage / are not inserted correctly (wrong polarity)

3. After the melody you hear four beep tones.
3.1 After the call melody you will hear four beeps (when using the radio bell pushbutton
MISTRAL SE 03).
The batteries in the MISTRAL SE03 radio bell pushbutton do not have the required voltage.
Please refer to the corresponding operating instructions.
4. The melody that has been saved in the external melody memory (microSD card) is not played.
4.1 You have made changes to the melodies on the microSD card.
If, for example, a wireless bell button was set with the melody 20 on the microSD card and this
melody is no longer available because, for example, there are only 15 melodies left, melody 1 of
the internal melody memory is played instead.
