Model G0764 (Mfd. Since 02/14)
The Model G0764 can crosscut full-size pan-
els with the fence in the front or rear position,
although it is easier to load full-size panels with
the crosscut fence mounted in the front position
(see
Figure 110).
Crosscutting
Mounting the crosscut fence in the rear position
(
Figure 111) gives greater stability for crosscutting
smaller panels.
When set up properly, the crosscut fence can
support workpieces while using the rip fence as a
cut-off gauge, as shown in
Figure 112.
Determine which cutting operation will be best
suited for the workpiece to be crosscut.

stabilize the front end of the workpiece when
