Troubleshooting
Motor & Electrical
SYMPTOM POSSIBLE CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Machine does not start or a fuse/breaker
trips.
1. Fuse/breaker has blown.
2. Motor connection wired incorrectly.
1. Correct short/replace fuse/replace
breaker.
2. Correct motor wiring connections.
Machine has excessive vibration or noisy
operation.
1. Legs at fault.
2. Base shelf at fault.
3. Motor or component is loose. 1. Tighten leg bolts for stability.
2. Tighten base shelf bolts.
3. Inspect/replace stripped or damaged
bolts/nuts, and re-tighten with thread
locking fluid.
Operations
SYMPTOM POSSIBLE CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Downdraft table does not adequately
collect dust; poor performance. 1. Filter bag is full.
2. Cabinet interior and impeller clogged
with debris.
1. Service filter bag.
2. Remove the filter bag and vacuum
excess dust from the cabinet interior.
