4.0 USING THE PROJECTOR
The selection of either DMX-SLAVE or MASTER-AUTOMATIC operating mode through its
dedicated key will change the function of the DMX addressing DIP switches.
Red led means the DMX signal is correctly received by the unit. It can also confirm the MASTER
option selection. Flashing red led means the DMX signal is either absent, not very well received
or SLAVE mode.
4.1 MASTER/AUTOMATIC MODE
Set MASTER/AUTOMATIC DIP switch to ON (dip-switch no. 12°) when you want to operate a
GOBOCLIP MK3 150 W unit as the master projector of a chain or access its automatic functions.
The DIP switches numbered from 1 to 9 set the gobo rotation speed and direction.
It is possible to set 4 speeds for each rotation direction; speed no. 4 is the highest.
Set the DIP switch no. 9 to ON to obtain a random sequence.
Note: when all DIP switches for speed setting are set to (OFF), the image remains still.
4.2 DMX/SLAVE MODE
Set the DMX/SLAVE key to OFF (DIP switch no. 12) to access the unit through a digital signal.
Please make sure that all DIP switches are correctly set.
The fist 9 DIP switches are used for address setting.
Taking into account that each GOBOCLIP MK3 150 W unit uses 1 DMX channel, set each unit
according to the following table to control them singularly:
