The function COLOR SCENE LENGTH allows you to select the duration of each color
scene according to the time frames shown in the following table:
4.2 SYNCHRONIZED Mode (without signal cable)
Simultaneous operation of multiple units can be selected as per what follows:
• Set all units on MASTER operating mode;
• Select the same pre-set program and the same color scene duration for all units
(see paragraph "4.1 MASTER/AUTOMATIC mode");
• Connect all units to the same mains supply by means of the same switch to syn-
chronize the units for several hours.
4.3 DMX-SLAVE mode
Operating the unit in DMX/SLAVE mode requires that the relevant DIP-SWITCH is set
to OFF. The DIP-SWITCHES set must be correctly adjusted when you are controlling
the projector via a remote DMX console (refer to scheme below). Each DAWN pro-
jector uses 4 DMX channels and when each unit is independently controlled by a
DMX console, the DIP-SWITCHES set must be arranged as per following table:
The first 9 DIP-SWITCHES are used to set the DMX address of the units;
The DIP-SWITCH no. 11 encompasses the 3 colour channels usually dedicated to
red, green and blue colors in a single channel.
