Note: The slots on the sides of the footplate are for optional foot straps. GRIT can provide these, but
you can use your own velcro straps if you’d like.

Back Pad

The Freedom Chair back pad is designed to rest in the rider’s upper back, between the
shoulders. Brace against the back pad during your push stroke to increase your power and
reduce fatigue.
