PUTTING THE MACHINE INTO SERVICE

Check that the machine has not been damaged during transport.

Fix the two tiller elements (fig.5).

Fit the transfer wheel (fig. 1 – fig. 2 – fig.3, no. 6) using the spring.

Fix the spur (fig.1 – fig. 2 – fig. 3, no. 3)

Fit the fenders (fig. 1, no. 12 – fig. 2 – fig. 3, no. 13).

Fill the engine oil up to level (always refer to the engine manual).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE STARTING THE ENGINE
- fill the tank with fuel.
- check that the air filter is clean.
- check the engine oil level.
STARTING THE ENGINE
- Set the throttle lever in STARTER position. If the engine is cold, turn the starter lever to CHOKE
(always refer to the engine manual).
- Start the engine by pulling the pull-start handle (fig.1 no.6).
- Once the engine is running return the starter lever to RUN and the throttle lever almost to the
minimum setting.
STARTING WORK
- Adjust the height and lateral position of the handlebar to get the best working position using the
knob (fig. 1 – fig. 2 – fig. 3, n. 2)
- Adjust the working depth by lowering or raising the rear foot (fig. 1 – fig. 2 – fig. 3, no. 3)
- Pull the transfer wheel support down and raise to showed position (fig. 1 – fig. 2 – fig. 3, no. 7).
- Speed up the engine (fig. 1 – fig. 2 – fig. 3, no. 1)
- Slowly press the forward lever (fig. 1 – fig. 2 – fig. 3, no. 1) until the machine starts moving.
In the MR model pull the RM lever to engage the reverse gear.
Safety device:
if this lever is
released even accidentally, the machine stops.
