The mode may be altered at any moment.
The selected mode is shown on the MODE menu. The BBQ ROTA has 3 modes.
Press MENU + UP or MENU + DOWN simultaneously to change the mode.
NOTE / To use the SEAR mode and in order to get a greater experience with this mode, before turning on the
BBQ, you should remove the flavourizer.
If you want to use the SEAR mode with the BBQ on, you should pay attention to the hot surfaces to avoid
accidents and burns.
The temperatures shown are references and they have been tested on controlled conditions. These may
vary accordingly to the type of pellets used, as well as to the weather conditions to which the BBQ is subject
