With each Tire in place, add a Wash-

er (55) and a Castle Nut (54) onto
the ends of the Axles. Tighten the
Castle Nuts to 20-25 ft. pounds, and
rotate each tire several turns to seat
the bearing. Back off the Castle Nut
one half turn. Insert a Cotter Pin (53)
through both the Axle and the Castle
Nut and bend the end of the Pin back
to hold it in place.
