Castors with central locking and directional control
In order to allow the couch to move smoothly, the right front castor (marked yellow) can be locked in the direc-
tion of travel. The electrical conductivity of the right front castor additionally prevents possible electrostatic charg-
ing of the couch.
Braking
To brake the couch, step down the red side of one of the two pedals (1) completely.
When braked, the red side of both pedals points downwards.
All castors (2+3) are locked simultaneously.
Make sure that the couch cannot move on its own.

Manoeuvring
To release the brakes and bring the couch into the manoeuvring position, step on the green side of one of the
two pedals (1).
In the manoeuvring position, both pedals are horizontal.
All castors (2+3) are released simultaneously.
TIP
In the manoeuvring position, all castors are completely free to move. This means that the couch
can be manoeuvred in the tightest of spaces.
