Instructions for installation
1. The marked ground has to be removed, in the corresponding depth depending on the load area
(please refer layers thickness at different loads).
2. Installation of border guards (border guards „EkoBord“) – if required!
3. Compress excavation mechanically, e.g. with a compactor.
4. To create the bearing layer, e.g. consisting of gravel, stone chippings 0/32 up to 0/45. The layer
thickness should
be approx. 20 - 55 cm . Then the layer is embedded and compressed with a
compactor.
5. Put on gravel with 2 up to 8 mm or stone chippings as a plane. Thin tubes are used as side levelling
support. The sand is pulled straight with a pull-off aid. As an additional stabilization for higher loads, a
corresponding geo-textile is recommended directly under the lawn grids. The geo-textile also serves to
separate different soil layers.
6. Then the lawn grids are laid in rows if possible. The marking e.g. „areal“, always had to be in the same
place e.g. always top right. Slightly lift plates together and insert the tabs into the recess with the dot
lifting.
7. Slightly compact the surface.
8. Depending on the desired surface the lawn grid will be easy filled, e.g. lawn, stone chippings, marble
stones or other mineral fillings. For lawn sowing nutrient-rich mixtures of lawn soil and compost can be
used. It is recommended to use special parking lot lawn for dry locations.
9. Watering the substrate, so the substrate is about 0,5 up to 1,0 cm below the top edge. (to protect lawn).
Keep lawn wet until it is grown a bit.
