ASSEMBLY   

VOR-IC7000-G     

 

Step 1: Front Foot 

 

 

 

Attach the front foot (#7) to the frame using the (2) bolts (#3A) and (2) washers (#6) as illustrated 
in the diagram and then tighten the bolts. 
 

Step 2: Rear Foot 

 

 

 

Attach the rear foot (#2) to the frame using the (2) bolts (#3A) and (2) washers (#6) as illustrated 
in the diagram and then tighten the bolts. 

 

   

                     

 

 

Step 3: Pedals 

 

 

 

1.  Attach the pedals (#70R/#70L) into the crank arms (#62R/#62L). Each pedal is marked with 

            the letter R (right) or L (left) to denote the side of the bike they are located.     
 

NOTE:

 the right hand crank is on the same side as the chain cover (#71). 

 

2.  Be careful to align the threads correctly to avoid any damage. Apply LocTite Threadlocker   

Blue-242 on the thread and tighten using a 15mm wrench.     
 

- Pedal marked R installed on right crank (clockwise),   
- Pedal marked L installed on left crank (counterclockwise). 
- Pedals must be fastened with significant force to avoid loosening while using the   

        indoor cycle. (25-30 lbs. ft. torque)
