When drainage system test is finished, please perform thermal insulation for drainage hose and
pipe clamp.

Fill the water tray of indoor unit with some water and the method is as below:

Connect the drainage hose to the other drainage connection pipe of water tray of indoor unit, and
then use plastic bottle and other containers to inject 1L water (see fig 4.3.12). (After test is
finished, move the temporary driange hose and then stuff the choke plug.)

）
Use sprayer to spray 1L water on evaporator of indoor unit. As shown in fig 4.3.13.

Start up the water pump of indoor unit to check whether the water can be drained out smoothly.
The startup method for the water pump is as below:

When the debugging is finished, please switch the indoor unit to cooling or drying mode.
Meanwhile, the water pump will operate automatically;

If the wiring of unit hasn
’t been finished, please open the electric box cover, connect the single
phase power cord

220~240V 50/60Hz
）
at L1 or N of wiring board or L or N and the fix the earthing
wire tightly. After that, install the electric box cover. After putting through the power for about 60s,
indoor uit will alarm
“CO” communication malfunction. Meanwhile, the water pump will operate
automatically for 10min and then stop operation. When drainage system test is finished, please cut off
the power and remove the power cord, and then install the electric box cover.

Confirm whether the water is flowed out through the drainage pipeline, and then observe whether
there
’s water leakage.

When drainage system test is finished, please perform thermal insulation for drainage hose and
pipe clamp.
5 Cable Connection
Caution:
①
Air conditioner must be grounded for preventing damage due to invalid insulation.
②
Before connecting wires, please confirm the voltage on the nameplate and then connect wires
according to wiring diagra. Wrong wire connection may lead to abnormal operation or damage to
the air conditioner.
③
Power capacity should be enough and then section area of wires should be 2.5 mm
2
above.
④
As for the air conditioner power, please use special brach circuit and socket.
⑤
Perform wirng according to standard to ensure normal operation of air conditioner.
⑥
According to related regulation and electric appliances standard, install special branch circuit
