Assembly and Disassembly of the Fan Motor
Note: Be sure to cut off the power supply before the assembly and disassembly.
Steps Graphic Represenation Instructions
1.Disconnect the
power cord.
●Cut off the power supply of indoor
unit. Use screwdriver to remove
the electric box cover and unplug
the motor cables in electric box
2. Remove the iltering
screen and the return
air cover plate
●Remove the ilter sub-assembly from
the air inlet frame and use screwdriver
to remove the return air cover board.
3. Loosen screws
●Remove the screws on
fan sub-assembly.
4. Turn over the
volute casings.
●Rotate the propeller housing
to the air inlet opening
according to arrow direction.
5. Remove the
fan blades and
the fan motor.
●Use inner hexagonal spanner
to loosen the screws on fan and
remove the clamp ixing the motor.
6. Replace the
fan motor.
●Firstly, disengage the motor from
motor support. Then, sequentially
disengage the fan sub-assembly form
the motor shaft. Remove the motor
from the air inlet and replace with new
motor. In which, for the motor with
automatic motor support, the motor
support shall be removed in advance
and then changed to the unit.
7. Assemle the unit
●Assemble the unit in reverse
to the disassembly procedures
and energize it for testing.
