Insert the foam seal B between the glass and the win-
dow sash to prevent air from seeping into the room. If
the strip does not fit properly to your window, acquire
an appropriate material from a local store to ensure a
proper seal.

Once the installation is complete, measure the width
between the air conditioner’s outer casing and the
window frame, as seen in
Figure 17

Remove the adhesive on the back of the cut piece. Stick
the insulation board evenly onto the flexible screen
panel. Make sure the panel is completely covered.

Cut the provided foam insulation board into a rectan-
gle with a width corresponding to that measured in the
previous step.
