STEP 8:

Secure the ladder sides to the front guard rails by first
inserting 2x barrel nuts (

#6)

into the holes on the guard

rails and then insert 2x SHORTER 65mm connecting
bolts (#7) into the ladder sides and fully tighten with
the allen key.

Then fix 2x rail support braces (J) to the back guard
rail and side rail using 8x SHORTER bolts (#3). Fully

tighten with Allen key.

Hardware for Step 8:

2x #7 Connecting Bolts 65mmL

8x #3 Bolts 40mm

2x #6 Barrel Nuts

STEP 9:

Secure 2x ladder tread panels (M) to the ladder sides using 4x LONGER 50mm bolts
(#4) for EACH tread.

Fully tighten all the bolts with the Allen key.

Hardware for Step 9:

8x #4 Bolts 50mm

NOTE: Ensure you

are using the SHORTER
40mm bolts (#3) for
attaching panels J or you
could damage the panels.

Please ensure the drill holes on the ladder sides
are aligned with the drill holes on the tread before
inserting & tightening hardware (#4).
