Use
Before use, check the device for mechanical damage and verify that the power cord is not damaged.
Twist the knob from the "OFF" position to the desired value from "MIN" to "MAX". The indicator light
signals when the heating element is operational. The thermostat maintains the temperature set by
the user by periodically activating and deactivating the heating element.

Product characteristics
Model SD-2030 is equipped with a fan that forces warm air, optimising the drying process of fruits and
vegetables. Dried fruits and vegetables retain almost all of the taste and aroma, being a perfect
substitute for fresh vegetables and fruits.
Drying is an excellent method of retaining the taste and aroma of fresh vegetables.
Adjustable trays
Trays easy to keep clean, can be washed in the dishwasher.
Transparent trays allow one to control the drying process in an ongoing manner.

Before first use:
Cleaning:
Before first use, wash all parts of the device. Wash the trays in a solution of warm water and
detergent, wipe dry.
Do not immerse the lid in water or any other liquid; do not put the lid in a
dishwasher. Trays are dishwasher safe.
After washing wait at least 30 minutes before placing food on the trays.
Always unplug the dehydrator from the power source and allow it to cool before cleaning.
Use a soft brush or sponge to remove any dried foods. Using a too stiff brush may scratch the product.
Do not use corrosive chemicals to clean, as they can damage the device.
Wash and dry the dehydrator thoroughly before prolonged storage.
Be careful not to wet the plug of the connection cable.
In the case of flooding of internal electrical components or the ventilation and heating unit, dry them
thoroughly before plugging in the dehydrator.
