Adjustment of the damping system
Please adjust the damping system by means of
the set screw:
turning clockwise = slower closing
turning anticlockwise = faster closing
Attention! Do not pull out the damper. Otherwise
the product will become damaged.
After aligning the flaps and adjusting the
damping system, please mount the cover
caps.
Adjusting the Kinvaro T-70/75 to the flap
weight
Flaps can be opened to a maximum angle of 110 degrees
with the flap fittings Kinvaro T-70 and Kinvaro T-75. With the
correct spring adjustment, the flap stays open in each positi-
on from an opening angle of about 45 degrees, so that you
can choose the opening angle and the access which is opti-
mal for you.
Adjusting the spring tension:
turning clockwise = increase spring tension
turning anticlockwise = decrease spring tension
(The adjustment carried out at the two fittings must be even.)

Height adjustment of the flap
The height adjustment of the wooden flap can be done by
eccentric direct adjustment. The height adjustment of alumi-
nium frame flaps can be done by oblong holes at the fixing
bracket:
Eccentric direct adjustment (illustration on the right)
:
1. Loosen locking screw 1
2. adjust height with screw 2 (±2 mm)
3. Tighten locking screw 1
Adjustment by oblong hole (without illustration)
1. Open the screws
2. Adjust the height (± 3 mm)
3. Tighten screws again
