Step 1: Uninstall ATP-2000 Panel Unit from Rack
1 Turn off the AC power to the ATP-2000 panel’s power supply unit.
2 Disconnect the DC power lead to the ATP-2000 panel unit.

(See DC Power Connector , on page 55, for connector location.)
3 Remove the panel unit from the rack.
4 Place unit on an anti-static work surface.
Now proceed to Step 2: Panel Unit Disassembly .
Step 2: Panel Unit Disassembly
Step 2.1: Removal of Micro SD Cards
Two micro SD cards are fitted into the micro SD card double-slot on the side-rear of the
unit. This may be under an adhesive label.
1 Locate the micro SD double-slot on the unit.

(See Micro SD Card Slots , on page 57, for slot location.)
2 Remove any covering label and retain it.
3 There are two micro SD cards fitted to the double-slot.

Both micro SD cards must be removed. Care must be taken when handling micro SD cards.
Repeat for each card present in the panel unit:
4 Select one of the micro SD cards and note which slot it is fitted to (“SD” or “BOOT”).
5 Gently push the selected card inwards.
This will eject the card.
6 Remove the card, noting its orientation as you remove it. Tweezers may be required.
7 Keep the card in a safe place and remember its slot location.
8 Repeat for the other card.
Now proceed to Step 2.2: Unit Disassembly .
IMPORTANT
It is important that each micro SD card is refitted into its original, correct slot.
The two micro SD cards
must not be mixed up .
