2 Setup

2.10 Turning on the power

(1) Turn the power switch to the On ( I ) position. After initial operations, the control panel's READY lamp

will light up.

(2) If the media is not installed, the following message will display after showing the version.

L01: No Media
Set the Media into
stocker.
Then press FEED key.

Install the media to the LCX603.
If the media is installed, the following message will display after showing the version.

Confirm Combination!
H3=Semi-R H2=RESIN
H1=RESIN
YES:ENTER NO:ESC

(3) Confirm the combination of ink ribbons that are installing to the LCX603.

Press the ENTER Key if the combination is correct.
After initialization was finished, following menu is displayed.

Press the ESC Key if the combination is not correct. The following menu is displayed.

PRINT DENSITY>

(4) Set the density for the heads.
