Operating Instructions for Tractor A-Frames

Type: GRANIT Index group 778

ATTENTION: Insufficient load capacity can cause the equipment to tilt, creating a
risk of accidents!

2.

Secure the vehicle against unauthorised use and movement.

3.

Hook the operating cable into the eye of the unlocking lever.

ATTENTION: Do not place the actuating cable around your hand or finger as a loop,
there is a danger of crushing and amputation.

must be observed.

Welding work on the tractor A-frame or its pick-up points is strictly prohibited.

If a paint  touch-up is necessary, make  sure not to  obscure the instruction and product
signs. If necessary, replace them with original spare parts from Fricke SE.

6.1.

Maintenance plan

The  operator  must  carry  out  an  expert  inspection  before  each  initial  start-up,  after  any
changes to the tractor A-frame and at least once a year. These inspections must be suitably
documented.
Before each use, the tractor A-frame must be checked by the operator for damage and wear.
The connecting parts must especially be checked to ensure that they are firmly fixed.

ATTENTION: Failure to follow maintenance instructions can lead to serious accidents
and malfunctioning.

All lubrication points must be lubricated with an environmentally friendly multi-grade grease
according to the following lubrication schedule.

Lubrication schedule

Cleaning schedule

Clean the equipment after each use. Careful handling protects the equipment from damage
and extends its service life.
If  you  are  unable  to  remove  dirt  and  accumulated  residues  with  a  brush  or  broom,  we
recommend cleaning with a water jet. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
