Precautionary measures
Always wear protective gloves when performing setup, maintenance and cleaning
work on the equipment, to prevent injury from sharp parts.
While working with and on the equipment wear protective work shoes that fit
well.
Before each use always perform a visual and function check of the equipment to
identify damage and worn parts, and arrange for their repair by trained personnel
before use.
Before raising a load, make sure that the drain valve is closed.
Ensure that the pallet lifter is always on a solid and stable base before the load is lifted.
Never work under a raised load supported only by the pallet truck.
Lubricate all moving parts on the hydraulic jack regularly.
If oil level is too low it should be replenished and the system bled before further use.
Observe the instructions in this manual!
The pallet truck may only be operated by persons 16 years or older. As an exception, use by
a teenager is permitted, when used in the course of training to attain skill under the

Intended use
The pallet truck consists of two rigid forks to hold the pallet. The pumping movement of the
handle lifts the pallet forks by means of the integrated hydraulics.
When the handle is pressed, the hydraulic pressure in the raised cylinder is reduced and the
forks are lowered again.
In the middle position of the handle the set lifting height is secured against further
movements.
Only inherently stable objects, especially pallets of different formats, may be lifted and
transported with the pallet truck.
Other loads, animals or humans must never be lifted or transported with the fork truck. Never
use the pallet truck to lift or move vehicles.
Never overload the fork truck beyond the load specified in the following table.
In the event of non-observance of the provisions of the generally applicable regulations as
well as the provisions of these operating instructions, including insufficient maintenance, the
manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage.
