• A1 has an MPK/VPK configured for SCA.
• Call Features

Allow Call Retrieve from Another Location is enabled.
The service can be used as such:
1. B calls A.
2. Both A and A1 ring.
3. A picks up the call.
4. A1 stops ringing.
5. A holds the call.
6. A1 can see on the configured MPK/VPK that A has held a call.
7. A1 presses the MPK/VPK to pick up the call.
8. A’s call is terminated.
9. B and A1 can hear and talk to each other.
Miscellaneous
To avoid conflicts, Follow Me cannot be enabled alongside SCA, and only one
concurrent registration is allowed for the extension when using SCA.
