(4) Export pictures: Click the icon
to export the contents of the whiteboard
to the picture format *.jpg. The storage location of the exported pictures can be either
built-in storage or U disk.
(5) E-mail sending: Click the icon.
When you use the e-mail sending function for
the first time, you need to set the e-mail sender's e-mail related information on the e-
mail login interface as shown in the figure:
a. If you use QQ email to log in, the password needs to enter the authorization code
to log in successfully; (Authorization code in the QQ mailbox settings to open the
SMTP service can view the authorization code)
b. If you use an enterprise email, such as foxmail, change the SMTP address to
smtp.exmail.qq.com, and check Use SSL to log in.
c. After the login is successful, the user enters the email address of the recipient, clicks to send the
content of the conference whiteboard record to the recipient's mailbox in the PDF format file, and
