Tighten.

Diaphragm (or backup) ruptured.

Replace.

Loose manifolds, damaged seats or
o-rings.

Tighten manifold bolts or replace
seats or o-rings.

Air bubbles in fluid.

Loose diaphragm shaft bolt.

Tighten.

Loose manifold clamps or fluid cover
clamps.

Tighten.

Pump leaks fluid externally
from joints.

Manifold o-rings worn out.

Replace o-rings.

A GFCI has tripped.

Remove the controller from the GFCI
circuit.

Supply power is poor.

Determine and fix the source of the
power problem.

The controller faults or shuts
down.

Operational parameters are
exceeded.
