Troubleshooting
1. Relieve pressure before checking or servicing the

2. Check all possible problems and causes before
disassembling the dispensing valve.

Slow or no fluid flow
Strainer (G) is clogged.
Clean or replace strainer (G).
Pump pressure is low.
Increase pump pressure.
Shut off valve is not fully open.
Fully open shut off valve.
Foreign material is jammed in the
meter element.
Contact your local Graco distributor
for repair or replacement.
Fluid leaks from swivel (5)
Swivel (5) is loose.
Torque the swivel (5) to 15 to 20 ft-lbs
(20 to 27 N•m).
If the problem remains, contact your
Graco distributor for repair or
replacement.
