1. Relieve pressure, page 8. Stop pump at bottom of
its stroke before servicing.
2. Faulty fluid manifold check valves (219) can mask
pump problems. Keep the check valves operating
properly.
3. This chart is specific to the air motor and pump.
Refer to the other supplied manuals to troubleshoot
individual components.
This chart uses proportioner gauges to determine pump malfunctions. A 2 pump proportioner is shown for clarity.
Observe the gauge readings during the stroke direction indicated by the bold arrow, and immediately after closing the
manifold.
