Pressure Control Replacement
(Bourdon Tube Style)
WARNING
To reduce the risk of serious bodily injury, including
fluid injection or splashing in the eyes or on the
skin, or injury from moving parts, always follow the
Pressure Relief Procedure Warning on page 2
before checking, adjusting, cleaning or shutting off
the sprayer.
Disconnect the spark plug!
1. Relieve Pressure. See page 2
2. Disconnect both hoses at control.
3. Remove the pressure control cover.
4. Working inside the pressure control box, use a
socket wrench to remove the screws(16) which
hold the pressure control in the mounting bracket
(12). See Fig 11.
5. Attach mounting plate to new control with screws
(16). see fig 11.
6. Attach swivels(15) and
adapters(*) to both ends of
control. See Fig 12.
7. Mount control and mounting plate(13) to mounting
bracket(12) with screws(16). See Fig 11.
8. Connect hose from pump outlet to left side of con-
trol. Connect hose from filter to right side of con-
trol. See Fig 12.
