Lubricate and install P/N
GC0050 O-Ring in the
groove of P/N GC0307.
15.
Lubricate the outer edge of P/N GC2276 and set
top of ball, square and center flats of P/N GC2276
and P/N GC0307.
16.
Gently set P/N GC2317 through P/N GC0233 Tie
Rods and push down square and firm until it sets
down over cylinder O-Ring.
17.
Continue holding GC2317 down, install (4) P/N
GC2113 Lock Washers and hand thread (4) P/N
GC2097 Nuts.
Tighten P/N GC2097 in a criss-cross
pattern until tight.
18.
Reattach the ISO pump to the pump plate. Attach the
pump shaft extension to the pump saddle
ONE
and
TWO
. Tighten the pump to the plate using the new
mounting bolts and lock washers provided with the kit
(this will allow for proper alignment).
To ensure proper alignment:
a. With shaft nut (1) and mounting bolt (2) loosely
threaded, slightly rotate pump back and forth
within pump plate until it is centered.
b. Tighten shaft nut (1). (Must perform this step
before tightening mounting bolts.)
c. Tighten four mounting bolts (2).
19.
Reconnect hoses fittings and connectors removed
in steps 3 and 4.
