When reading the level indicator,
Vehicle MUST be on level ground.
Use corrected age for preemies.
- If the ball is entirely in the light blue area, the
restraint is level for infants 0+ months in age.
- If the ball is entirely in the dark blue area, the
restraint is level for a child 3+ months in age.
- If the ball is not completely in the blue areas, the
child restraint is NOT level. You must adjust your
recline.
- If needed, rolled towels
may be placed under the
car seat at the vehicle seat
crease, until the ball is
completely in the blue area.
