Alternate Calibration
NOTE:
This alternate calibration procedure is
used when a one quart or one liter calibrated,
volumetric flask is not available.
1.
Dispense a known volume of fluid into
any sized clean, calibrated, volumetric
flask. Note this volume as the VOLUME
DISPENSED (see Calculating k-factor,
Step 11, page 18).
2.
Record the volume displayed on the
metered dispense valve. Note this
volume as the VOLUME DISPLAYED
ON THE METERED DISPENSE VALVE
(see Calculating the k-factor, Step 11,
page 18).
3.
Use the UP or DOWN ARROW button on
the keypad to highlight UTILITY MENU
(F
. 23) and then press the center
ENTER button on the keypad to select
the UTILITY MENU option.
4.
Use the UP or DOWN ARROW button on
the keypad to highlight SET-UP (F
and then press the center ENTER button
on the keypad to select the SET-UP
option.
