Switch 3D Gun Assembly
NOTE
: Before assembly, make sure all spare parts are
available and other parts thoroughly cleaned. Suitable
lubricant and thread locking compound should also be
available.
1. Apply a light lubricant on all gaskets and O-rings
prior to fitting them on the internal parts of the swivel
housing. Insert flange bearings (602) into swivel
housing (619) and bearing housing (604). See F
2. Carefully insert all parts squarely into the swivel
assembled to the air distributor ring (605) before
inserted into swivel housing bore. Make sure all
seals and the swivel housing bore are lightly
lubricated before assembly. See F
3. Connect the bearing housing (604) to the swivel
housing (619) with four M5 screws (601). Torque to
29.2 in-lbs (3.3 N•m). Note the four pins in the
bearing housing line up and interlock into the four
holes in the air ring distributor adapter (605). See
F
4. The connection housing assembly is attached to the
swivel housing with four M5 screws (716). Torque to

NOTICE
The edges of the various parts have sharp edges and
can damage the swivel housing bore if not inserted
correctly.
