Task 6 - Installing your Sewing Machine

Instructions

Take the following steps to secure your home sewing machine to the top plate. If you’re using

wheeled quilting machine, skip this task.

Place your machine onto the top plate, centered between the top plate clamps. Ensure that all

corners of the machine are placed solidly on the top plate metal.

Open the

sewing machine clamps

and press them up against your sewing machine.
