5. Helpful Tips
The task of GOVECS’ commercial representative is comprehensive counseling and
professional inspection of the vehicle.
Hereunder are presented some helpful instructions in carrying out an effi cient inspection and
repair.
1. Inspections and repairs should be ordered exclusively through authorized sales centers
GOVECS.
2. Dates should be consulted with workshop manager.
3. Ordered works should be explained directly on spot or appropriate list should be made.
4. If there are diffi cult problems to understand they should be discussed with workshop
manager.
5. Only explicit orders should be made.
6. Expected costs should be inquired in advance.
7. Telephone number should be left in order to allow commercial representative GOVECS
contact, in case of questions.
8. Should any additional works appear necessary the upper limit of costs are to be established.
9. In case of lack of clarity one should openly ask the commercial representative GOVECS
questions.
10. The dates of regular technical inspections for the vehicle COVECS should be observed.
