POLARIZED PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is
intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still
does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.

Unpack the unit and remove all packaging materials. Before using the unit for the first time, wipe the black base with a clean
damp cloth to remove any dust from shipping, dry it thoroughly. Clean the grilling plate and drip tray. Refer to p. 8 for complete
cleaning instructions.
WARNING: Do not immerse the grilling plate, cord, and plug in water or any other liquid. Do not use abrasive cleansers.
