Trouble shooting

reason Solution
The indicator
above the
POWER button
will not light up. There is no
voltage in the
power mains.
The
appliance is
not
connected to
the power
mains.
1. Check if there is voltage
in the power mains.
2. Connect the appliance to
the power mains.
3. Internal appliance
components have failed.
Call Gorenje's customer
service.
Indicator above
the ICE FULL
sign is on. Ice basket is
full.
1. Remove the ice from the
basket.
2. Internal appliance
components have failed.
Call Gorenje's customer
service.
Indicator above
the ADD
WATER sign is
on. There is not
enough water
in the water
tank. 1. Add water up to the MAX
sign and press the
POWER button.
2. Internal appliance
components have failed.
Call Gorenje's customer

All indicators
are flashing. Ice is
preventing
the water
tank from
moving. 1. Switch the appliance to
standby mode and
remove the ice cubes
blocking the water tank.
2. Internal appliance
components have failed.

Although the
ice basket is
full, the ICE
FULL indicator
will not light up
and the
appliance will
not switch off. The sensors
only start to
operate after
three finished
cycles.
There is no
signal for the
sensor. 1. Disconnect the appliance
from the power mains.
Empty the ice basket and
reconnect the appliance
after 3 minutes.
2. Powerful light is
disturbing the signal
reception Move the
appliance away from the
source of light.
3. Internal appliance
components have failed.
