SECURING LOCKING PLUGS
If you are using the HERO4 Session in high-impact sports such as
surfing or skiing where significant impact might occur, the integrated
locking plug securely locks the fingers on
Ball Joint Mounting Buckle
and the
Vertical Mounting Buckle
into place. The locking plug helps to
prevent the
frame
from accidentally releasing from the mount.
The white locking plug is used with the
Mounting Buckle
. The circular
ring acts as a leash to prevent dropping or losing the plug.
WARNING:
To avoid injury, do not use a tether when mounting
the camera on a helmet.
/ Using the Mounts
To Secure the Integrated Locking Plug:
1. Flip up the plug.
2. Insert the buckle into the mount.
3. Press the plug into place.
