2. Press the
T
button to highlight ‘Manual Install’ and press ENTER.
The Manual Install menu will be displayed with ‘Search’ highlighted
as shown below.
3. Start the search by pressing either W or X .
4. The search will pause when a channel is found. If this is not the
channel you require, press either W or X to continue the search.
5. When the channel you require is displayed press the T button
three times to highlight ‘CH NO’.
6. Press enter and use the numeric buttons to enter the channel
position number you wish to use.
7. Press ENTER and the
T
button to highlight ‘Store’ then ENTER
again.
8. Press EXIT to exit the menu system.
Fine Tuning
The auto and manual searches will attempt to tune to the strongest
signal, however, if reception is poor you can try to fine tune a channel.
1. Select the channel that you wish to fine tune.
NOTE: The Colour System will default to PAL which is the
system used in the UK. If you have selected a different
country in the tuning process (see page 14) the system may
default to one of the alternatives, NTSC or SECAM. The
only time there will be an option is if you have selected a
country where two systems are available.
