4. If ESP/MENU/REC is pressed for 2 seconds, the display will show "Delete sub-files?"

FORMAT USB AND FLASH
You can format USB and FLASH. First select USB or FLASH mode.
1. Press ESP/MENU/REC button. The display mode will cycle from Normal, file search,
Navigation, Format, and Normal.
4. Press the button 3 times to select Format. The display will show "USB (FLASH)”
FORMAT ok?
3. Press ENTER to format.
Caution: Format will delete all the files you have in your USB or FLASH.
4. Press ESP/MENU/REC button to return to normal mode.
