TROUBLESHOOTING
Why is the Power Bank not charging?
The cable is not properly connected.
•
Is the charger switched on?
•
The Power Bank is already fully charged.
•
The USB cable is not compatible with products from other
manufacturers.
Why is charging often interrupted, and the switch has to be used
to continue charging?
•
The charging current is too high. The Power Bank power surge
protection is triggered. After resetting the Power Bank, charging
resumes.
•
The short circuit protection has been triggered, after the Power
Bank has been reset, charging will resume.
Why aren’t some digital products charged?
•
The device charging voltage must be 5V.
•
The charged device is not compatible with the Power Bank.
