First install the motor mount on the firewall. Then install the motor. Adjust the motor mount to fit the 

cowl.

After adjusting the motor mount to the right position, lock the 4 screews, unscreew them, apply 30-minute 

epoxy, and tighten the screws to the previously-found position.
