MAINCODE – the version of the main firmware code and the date of the software;
Application – receiver model, firmware version and software date;
OTA – OTA (over the air) update and software date.
1.6. Factory Settings
This option is used to reset the receiver to factory defaults, which will erase all settings made
by the user. All scanned channels will be deleted exactly.
The default password for reset access is 0000.
1.7. USB Upgrade
This section is used to update the receiver software via a USB storage device formatted in
the FAT32 file system. Contains the following parameters:
Upgrade Mode – allows you to select the process of updating the receiver. All code – this is
the main firmware code + boot settings. User DB – basic user settings. Maincode –
is just the main firmware code. User data is saved;
Upgrade File – a file is selected to be loaded into the receiver;
Start – to start the update process, select this line and press the OK button.
Attention! During the firmware update, it is strictly forbidden to remove the USB drive or to
turn off the receiver's power because this can lead to receiver damage. Subsequent
restoration is possible only at a service center.
