INSTALLING A UNIFLOSS STAND
There are two halves to the Unifloss Stand. For
free-standing
installations, use the base and
merely set the unit's top half on it, as shown in the drawing below. For
in-counter
installations, place
the top section of the Unifloss Stand over a cut-out in your countertop. A shelf is required under the
counter to set the floss machine on. For countertop cut-out size and shelf location, request drawing
numbers B-3374 and C-3418 from Gold Medal Products Company.
After the top half of the Unifloss Stand is in position, tilt the floss machine and position the spinner
head in the center of the cut-out. Make sure shipping support angles are removed as indicated in the
installation section of this manual.
Place the spun aluminum pan over the floss head of the machine. Re-center the machine to provide
equal spacing between the pan and cut-out.
After connecting the power supply cords, you are ready to make cotton candy. See OPERATING

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
All export Unifloss Tops are equipped with a 16 amp, 230 volt power supply cord for use with single
phase A.C. current. These units must be grounded in accordance with local codes.
CHECKING SHIPMENT
Remove carton from Unifloss Top. Check unit thoroughly for any damage which may have occurred
in transit. Claims should be filed immediately with the transportation company. Remove all tape and
packing material.
