INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Inspection of Shipment
After unpacking, check thoroughly for any damage which may have occurred in transit. Claims
should be filed immediately with the transportation company. The warranty does not cover
damage that occurs in transit, or damage caused by abuse, or consequential damage due to the
operation of this machine, since it is beyond our control (reference warranty in back of manual).

Model Description
The 6501 Sterno Pretzel Merchandiser includes a water pan (for humidity) and pretzel rack (the
rack section over the heat vent is open for heat circulation and to prevent product overheating
above the vent). This model uses Sterno to heat the unit, it does not have electric.

Setup
1.
Remove all packing material and tape before starting operation.
2.
Make sure the 3-hole insert tray is installed in the fuel drawer to hold the Sterno
cans
—
one hole is positioned under the water pan and the remaining two holes go
under the heat vent.
3.
Make sure water pan and cover are installed in the cabinet bottom.
4.
Install pretzel rack.
a.
Align top of rack with hooks from cabinet ceiling (hooks support the rack when
installed).
b.
Insert the two bottom rack supports into the holes in the cabinet bottom pan
(top of rack must still be supported by the hooks).
5.
After setup, the unit should be cleaned prior to use (see Care and Cleaning section).
